How it works

How we work
with you.

Four phases, one accountable team, no surprise invoices. Here is exactly what happens from the day you sign up to the day we sit down for your first quarterly review.

  1. 01
    Week 0 — days 1 to 3

    Discover

We start with a 45-minute working session, not a sales pitch. You walk us through your business: how you make money, who your best customers are, what is on fire, and what you would pay to stop doing yourself. We take notes; you do not have to prepare.

By the end of week zero you have a written brief — your positioning in our words, the three-month plan with weekly milestones, the integrations we need access to, and the autonomy floor that decides what we can ship without asking. You sign it or send it back for edits. Nothing else moves until you approve.

  2. 02
    Week 1

    Design

With the brief locked, the team designs the work itself. For a landing page that means copy direction, layout system, and visual references. For an outbound program that means an ICP, a message ladder, and a target list. For an internal tool that means a wireframe and a data model. Whatever the shape of the work is, design happens before build.

You see drafts the day we have them, not at the end of the week. Async by default — you comment in the doc, the team revises, you approve. No standing meetings. The first deliverable is in your hands inside seven days of kickoff or your first month is on us.

  3. 03
    Weeks 2 to 4

    Build

Build is where the team earns the subscription. Specialists ship in parallel — Engineering deploys the page, Implementation writes the sequences, Operations wires the CRM, Design polishes. Everything goes through the evaluator gate before it touches a customer surface, and everything sensitive lands in your Approvals Inbox first.

You watch progress in the Action Feed and approve the few cards that need you. The rest moves on its own. By the end of the first month you have shipped: the landing page is live, the sequences are sending, the dashboards are populated, the playbook is running.

  4. 04
    Month 2 onward

    Operate

Once the build is in place, the team shifts into operate mode. Inbox triage runs every morning. Outbound sequences send on cadence. The pipeline is kept current. New content ships against the plan. Numbers go into the weekly summary that lands in your inbox every Monday.

Every quarter we sit down for a real QBR — what worked, what did not, what to change. Skills get added or removed. The plan gets rewritten for the next ninety days. You are not buying a one-shot project; you are buying an executive team that compounds.

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us.

Same team, same standard. Different scope, cadence, and contract shape depending on what you need.

Self-serve subscription

Who it is for. Operators who want the full team without a custom contract.

How it works. Pick a tier, sign in with Google, complete the onboarding interview. The team starts working the same week. Cancel anytime from Settings.

Best fit. Solo founders, small agencies, consultants billing $250K to $2M.

Concierge engagement

Who it is for. Operators who want a dedicated lead and a custom build.

How it works. A 60-minute scoping call, a written engagement plan, a kickoff date. We provision a dedicated tenant and assign a lead who runs your account.

Best fit. Teams of five to fifty, regulated industries, multi-product portfolios.

Build-with-us partnership

Who it is for. Operators who want a custom internal tool or capability built and run.

How it works. Discovery sprint, scoped statement of work, fixed delivery date, ongoing operate retainer. The thing we build belongs to you.

Best fit. Teams with a recurring internal workflow worth $50K+ in time annually.

Your first week

Day-by-day, week one.

A working executive team in seven days. Here is the calendar.

Kickoff call. We walk through the business, the goals, and the integrations we will need. You meet the lead and the bench.

  2. Day 2

You receive the written brief and the proposed first-month plan. Async review.

  3. Day 3

Approvals on the brief and integrations. Access provisioned via OAuth, scoped narrowly.

  4. Day 4

First drafts of the highest-leverage deliverable land in your inbox for review.

  5. Day 5

Revisions shipped. The first weekly summary lands. The team starts operate work in parallel.

  6. Day 7

First deliverable live. Action Feed populated. You have a working executive team.

Start the discovery call.

Forty-five minutes, no slide deck, no commitment. We tell you what we would do; you decide whether to start.
