AI Executive Team
An AI executive team is a configured set of specialist agents — marketing, engineering, sales, design, operations — coordinated by a CEO agent to run a business function end to end.
In plain English
An AI executive team is the staff of an AI company. If the AI company is the shape, the executive team is the people inside it — each with a title, a remit, and a tool belt. Marketing handles outbound, positioning, and content. Engineering builds and maintains whatever needs code. Sales runs the pipeline. Design makes things look right. Operations keeps the machine running.
The metaphor is useful because it maps to how owners already think. When a founder says "I need marketing help," they know what that means — they do not need to learn a new vocabulary. An AI executive team exposes the same shape, and owners direct it the same way: by outcome, not by instruction.
Why it matters for Black Box
Black Box ships with a default executive team of six: a CEO, plus Coding, Content, Research, Browser, Business Ops, and Evaluator specialists. Owners can add, rename, and retrain members through Skill Packs and custom constitutions.
Examples
- A solo coach configures their team as a CEO, marketer, and client-success specialist.
