What it will do

You describe your ideal customer — industry, size, geography, signals that a company is a fit. The CEO delegates to a research specialist to build an ideal customer profile from that description and your past clients, queries a B2B data provider for matching companies, enriches the contact data (name, title, verified email), and hands back a Google Sheet or CSV you can send from.

The Evaluator gate checks for list size, email deliverability, and duplicate prevention before you see the output. The goal is the same shape as Landing Page Bootstrap: one ask in, one sendable artefact out.

Why it matters for Scale-tier owners

Solo consultants and small-agency founders spend hours in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo exports, and spreadsheets every week. This playbook compresses that into a single prompt. The point isn't replacing judgement on who to pitch — it's removing the repetitive data-wrangling between "I have a profile in my head" and "I have a 120-row list in front of me."

Tools and services it will require

• A B2B data provider connection — Apollo or similar.
• Google Sheets or CSV handoff — read/write.
• Optional: your past-client list, uploaded once, for ICP calibration.

Exact integrations will be pinned when the Skill Pack ships. We'll err toward the providers with the most forgiving free tiers so Scale-tier customers don't stack costs.

What happens until it ships

The CEO can already improvise list-building — give it your ICP and ask for 20 companies matching; it will use the Research specialist and whatever browsing it has available. Quality is lower than a named playbook, but usable.
